Your responsibilities: " Network Monitoring and Maintenance. o Perform routine network health checks to identify potential issues using advanced network monitoring tools. o Ensure daily operation and maintenance of customer tasks. " Incident Management and Troubleshooting. o Act as the first line of defense for network-related incidents and outages. o Escalate unresolved or complex issues to higher-level engineers or specialized support teams. o Maintain logs and documentation of all network incidents and resolutions. " Change Management and Documentation. o Participate in network changes, updates, ensuring that all changes are tested, documented, and in compliance with policies. o Develop and update network documentation, including diagrams, configurations, and processes, to ensure accurate information sharing across the team. What do you bring? You take pride in delivering service and solutions at a high level - and you know that this requires a proactive and persistent approach to tasks: " 2+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center, or network operations role. " Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA. " Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and experience with routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs. " Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and grow.
