" Monitoring of overdue invoices and their subsequent solution. " Planning and preparation of repayment calendars for customers. " Transferring doubtful claims to debt collection agencies and monitor adequate follow-up. " Ensuring that the records meet the minimum legal requirements for an optimal collection process. " Making changes to the internal database system. " Cooperation with the accounting and customer service department.
